Alopecia areata, which is a condition with characteristic regional hair loss on the top of head, quite common in outpatient departments and clinics. The rather rapid during acute phase development into severe form alopecia may be related to younger onset, along nail changes, family history atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, asthmatic bronchitis, etc., or other autoimmune diseases. Physically, large area can observed, as well typical features, including broken roots exclamation mark hairs. classic histopathological sign infiltration lymphocytes around follicles. Moreover, not limited scalp, hairs any part body are subjected effect this disease.
